Sara Ali Khan is opening up about her political ambitions, discussing them yet again in a recent interview!
Sara, whose recent projects, Murder Mubarak and Ae Watan Mere Watan, had OTT releases this month, said that she soon might venture into politics.
The Atrangi Re actress sat for a candid chat with standup comedian and actor Anubhav Singh Bassi for Netflix India.
“Somewhere down the line you want to join politics?” Bassi asked the actress.
"Yes I do," responded the Love Aaj Kal star, who has a degree in political science from the University of Columbia, with confidence.
Back in 2019, Sara expressed her love for politics during an interview with HT Café, saying, "I have a degree in history and political science, so I want to pursue politics maybe later in life, but it's not a backup plan.”
On the professional front, Sara will next be seen in Anurag Basu’s highly anticipated Metro In Dino a sequel to the 2007 film Life in A Metro.
Alongside Sara Ali Khan, the film is set to star Aditya Roy Kapur, Pankaj Tripathi, Anupam Kher and Neena Gupta in the lead roles.
