Kiara Advani and Ram Charan’s new song, Jaragandi, from the movie Game Changer is being picked apart by critics since its release today, on March 27.

Although only its lyrical video is out, glimpses of the two stars dancing in between have been added at several points.

The steps for these movements have been choreographed by Prabhu Deva, who is now biting on bullets for radically messing the music video up.

Fans firstly pointed out a technical fault by noting that it’s shot at a much faster pace than required, so that when editors slowed the raw footage down to fit dance motion with lyrics, the steps remained speedier than what’s called comfortable.

Then, cinema buffs requested Prabhu to stop choreographing women.

Someone in the comments section wrote, “Only Madhuri Dixit in Kay Sera Sera, Sai Pallavi in Rowdy Baby, and Sonakshi Sinha in Go Go Govinda did justice to his whacky steps. Everything else is crass.”

“It’s borderline misogynistic sometimes! Go watch how he directs You’re My Gangster from Action Jackson, where Ajay Devgn kicks a woman,” another observed.

Even in Jaragandi, Kiara is portrayed as a blind worshipper of Charan.
