Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas were leaped at by a huge paparazzi crowd at Mannara Chopra’s birthday bash on March 29.
As the husband-wife duo arrived at the venue in Mumbai, awestruck cameramen immediately surrounded Priyanka, asking for solo photos.
Various men could be heard madly screaming the star’s name at the top of their lungs.
In this push-squeeze game that almost resembled a stampede, many people could be spotted losing balance along with some individuals having been exposed to the risk of being bulldozed over.
Even women in the stream weren’t spared of unmannerly shoves.
The couple’s own bodyguard from America nearly fell down protecting them, and had to be rescued by an Indian security personnel himself.
Priyanka however didn’t halt in her heels to pose for anyone.
A moment later, she stood next to Nick and Mannara for a group picture.
When pestered for a solo shot again, the celebrity was captured saying “stop it” to her team since the spotlight should’ve been on the birthday girl for this occasion.
Noting this, a fan wrote, “Meanwhile, it's Mannara's birthday and our PC is getting all the attention. Media needs to have some patience and rules, they need to wait till the celebs are ready to pose.”
“You just can't pounce on them as soon as they get out of their cars! This is so annoying,” she added.
