Salman Khan is rumored to be filing a defamation lawsuit against Kunal Kamra for cracking an insulting joke.
During a recent gig, he was mimicked as well as mocked by the comedian for alleged involvement in numerous controversies.
Keeping the superstar’s usual swift action to shut people down for his public image, word about him bringing Kunal to trial had started swinging around in full speed.
A close friend of Salman’s has however dismissed these reports as uninformed baloney.
“If he sued everyone who abused him, he would be in and out of courtrooms. Over the years, he has come to terms with his controversial attackable image,” this source told Zoom.
The person added, “Salim Khan counsels him to ignore insults. He knows mentioning his name, especially in a derogatory context, gets attention. So no, he isn't suing this other guy.”
It’s anyhow worthwhile noting that Salman’s legal team had threatened a famous online gossip circle just a few months back, although nobody was legally summoned in the end as it was a mere act of pressurizing the said group.
Whatever be the case, Kunal has simply announced on his X profile that he will not be apologizing for any jokes.
