Nayanthara, a superstar in South Indian cinema, shared her working experience with Shah Rukh Khan in the blockbuster hit of 2023, Jawan.
During her recent interview with Hello Magazine, Nayanthara shared she was thrilled to work with her close friend, filmmaker Atlee, on which she was asked about her experience with Shah Rukh in the action-thriller film.
In response to this question, Nayanthara joyfully responded, "Who doesn't love him?"
She continued sharing her experience, "We have all grown up watching his films, and we all love them. Apart from being the huge star that he is, I really admire the fact that he respects women a lot."
Furthermore, the actress reveled that the director of Jawan, Atlee, whom she considers like family, approached her for the lead role in the film.
She said, "I was looking for a film like Jawan, which is a commercial venture with a huge star. At the same time, I was also keen on a meaty role where I get to kick some ass. "
Nayanthara also claimed, "I was pretty sure that Jawan would create a huge impact. After working so many years in the industry, you know when a film is going to work and vice versa.
Jawan was the highest-grossing film of 2023 as it earned a whopping Rs 1,148 crore at the box office worldwide.
