Sonya Hussyn revealed the secret behind her smartness and weight loss in a viral clip!

In the clip, host Nadia Khan discussed Sonya’s dietary habits, “Do You still eat green vegetables?”

“Now, I have started taking a break from my strict diet because following it daily affects my mood swings badly. As a professional, I can’t let my mood affect my work, so now I include carbohydrates as well,” The Tich Button actress responded.

She added, “I indulge in cheat meals twice a week, enjoying dishes like biryani and haleem because life should be enjoyed, and I’m quite the foodie—I can eat anything. Yes, I stick to clean eating the other five days of the week.”

Sonya Hussyn continued, “Since I am an actress I try to control my eating habit.”

On the work front, Sonya Hussyn, who is known for her indelible acting chops, garnered praise for her character in drama Ishq Zahe Naseeb.

She is currently delivering her best in Green Entertainment’s drama serial Akhara alongside Feroze Khan and her fans are loving this pairing.
