Akshay Kumar has shared a light-hearted anecdote for times when people can’t find a reason to be grateful for what they have.

In a recent chat on The Ranveer Show, he said, “Once when I was frustrated, I went outside my house and saw the fleet of cars. The frustration was gone in 5 minutes.”

“Maine khud se kaha, ‘Laanat hai tujhpar. Bewakoof kahin ka! Tere paas paanch gaariyaan hain, tu frustrate kaise ho sakta hain?’ ” the actor added.

This is how he planted a seed of staying stress-free in his mind, crediting regular exercises and maintaining his schedule discipline along the way.

Akshay went on to link the thought process with how life has granted him so much that his days turned up-side down.

Being irritated even after all these achievements would not only be an act of thanklessness, but an insult to his hard work.

He continued, “I reminded myself that I used to travel in bus number 205 and would go to people’s houses to teach karate to earn a living, so now when I have everything, there’s no reason to feel frustrated.”

The star concluded by adding in a serious manner that if someone wants to stay competitive in an industry where an action hunk like Tiger Shroff is present, then he will have to fetch for it.
