Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas are preparing to move into their newly renovated 1600 crores worth Los Angeles mansion, According to a report by The Sun US.
The Hollywood Hills mansion, where Priyanka and Nick, married since 2018, live with their two-year-old daughter Malti Marie Chopra Jonas, seems almost finished in the most recent aerial images as revealed by The Sun US.
Source further reported that water damage in Nick and Priyanka's lavish Los Angeles mansion led to a mold infestation, sparking a legal battle that is ongoing since May 2023
Priyanka and Nick were forced to move out of their LA home after it was overtaken by a mold infestation, as per by Page Six.
Earlier, the couple filed a lawsuit after being forced out of the home.
Around April 2020, Priyanka and Nick encountered a string of problems with their mansion pool and spa, including 'porous waterproofing' that 'fostered mold contamination as detailed in a lawsuit exclusively obtained by the source.
Around the same time, there were reports of water leak emerging barbecue area on the deck, this leaking damage the a portion of the interior living area immediately below the deck.
All of these issues made it extremely perilous for the couple to maintain their daily routines within their luxurious mansion.
The couple's LA mansion reportedly boasts of seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a chef’s kitchen, a temperature-controlled wine room, an indoor basketball court, an interior bowling alley, a home theater, an entertainment lounge, a spa with steam shower, a full service gym and a billiards room.
Priyanka and Nick, purchased the house in 2019 few months after their grand wedding ceremony in Rajasthan in December 2018
