Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s unceremonious royal rift had them looking awkward at an event in Nigeria!
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex toured Nigeria over the weekend, after Prince Harry spent two days in the UK last week without meeting his father, King Charles.
Amid speculation of renewed tension between Harry and Charles, a new video of Harry and wife Meghan has now gone viral, in which the couple is seen standing awkwardly as God Save the King plays during an event in Nigeria.
In the video, shared by GB News, both Prince Harry and Meghan are seen with sombre, straight faces as the UK national anthem plays at a lunch where they were joined by the Nigerian chief of defence staff Christopher Musa.
The sighting came hot on the heels of what royal watchers regarded as a major snub to Prince Harry during his stay in the UK; both King Charles and Prince William did not meet Harry while he was in the UK, and no royal family member attended his Invictus Games event.
