Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput made waves yet again with their second real-estate purchase- a luxurious apartment in Mumbai’s Oberoi 360 West project.
The house valued at ₹59 crores is located in Mumbai’s Worli area. As per the house documents, the apartment spanned at 5395 square feet with three vast parking spaces and a RERA carpet area.
The high-rise building constructed by Oberoi Reality is truly lavish.
Hindustan Times quoted a real estate consultant saying, “The particular apartment was purchased by the Chandak Realty at a price of around ₹65,000 per sqft and it has now been sold at a price of over ₹1 lakh per sq ft. This is over 50% appreciation in a period of one year.”
Chandak Realty bought a bulk of these houses, last year. Of these, 28 apartments were purchased by D’ Mart owner Radhakishan Damani’s family and close associates for Rest. 1238 crores, last year.
Shahid Kapoor, who tied the knot with Mira Rajput in July 2015, is the only actor known for his arranged marriage.
The couple embraced parenthood shortly after their marriage with the birth of daughter Misha and son Zain.
