Princess Anne enthusiastically kicked off the Paris 2024 Olympic Games in high spirits, despite recently overcoming a health scare.

The Royal Princess touched down in Paris to mark attendance at the 142nd International Olympic Committee (IOC) Session.

Taking to social media account, the Buckingham Palace shared that as the Paris 2024 Olympic Games approach, The Princess Royal attended a special reception at the British Embassy in Paris.

The shared statement read, “Ahead of the start of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, The Princess Royal has joined a reception with @teamgb at the British Embassy in Paris.”

It added, “During the reception, Olympic gold medalists @helenglovergb and @tomdaley were announced as Team GB’s flag bearers for the opening ceremony."

In a shared snap, Princess Anne exuded grace and charm while interacting at the reception as she donned a navy suit supported with her signature bouffant hairstyle.

King Charles' younger sister reportedly arrived in France for a two-day meeting of the International Olympic Committee and since 1988, Anne has been a member of the IOC.

Earlier, Princess Anne had been involved in an incident on the Gatcombe Park estate last month that resulted in minor injuries and a concussion.
