Ranbir Kapoor stated he has been training pretty hard for a role without mentioning any film's name.

As per reports, the Wake Up Sid star has Nitesh Tiwari's upcoming film Ramayana in the pipeline, whose shooting has already begun.

Speaking to Nikhil Kamath, the dad of Raha Kapoor shared he has been heartily working out three or four hours a day for a movie role.

"Before it was like dumbbells and pushing and chest press and protein and all of them. I am working with this really interesting trainer. He is from Korea, and his name is Nam. He has really holistically changed my perception of training. I train with him three hours a day," the Brahmastra star revealed.

" In the morning I do mobility, stretching and cardio from 11am to 1pm. Then I take a nap in the afternoon for an hour and do training from 5pm to 7pm," the Sanju star explained.

Further adding, "It is a lot, but I am doing it because I am preparing for a role. It is definitely the most challenging part that I could get. It requires another level of preparation which I have been preparing for the last seven months."

For the unversed, in Ramayana, Ranbir Kapoor will essay the role of Lord Ram.
