Selena Gomez has finally addressed the plastic surgery speculations and remarks about her looks.
The Only Murders in the Building star left a comment to a TikTok video on July 27, in which she slammed down the undergoing cosmetic surgery rumours.
Selena commented “Honestly, I hate this” under the post.
The Lose You to Love Me crooner explained that she was "on stripes because of flare up" and added, "I have Botox. That’s it. Leave me alone."
In the viral clip, Marissa Barrionuevo, the PA, posted two photos of Selena's face side by side to compare: one picture was take a few years ago, and the other from the 2023 Golden Globes.
"I think she's been through so much in her life, especially medically related, so I don't think it's fair to speculate whether or not she's gotten cosmetic things done," she explained, "At the end of the day, let's just leave her be."
Marissa also posted a sorry message to the Rare Beauty founder in a follow-up video.
She said in the apology clip, "I adore you. I really do mean the best, so I apologise if this rubbed you the wrong way in any way whatsoever. You don't owe it to anyone to tell us why you don't look the same as when you did when you were a teenage or in your twenties."
In response, Selena accepted the apology and wrote, "I love you.”
