Ali Wong spills the tea on meeting the love of her life Bill Hader!
The Beef actress got candid about meeting her boyfriend Hader in new Netflix show Ali Wong:Single Lady, which aired on October 8, 2024.
She revealed that her friends played cupid to bring the couple closer, and as they connected, Hader made the first move.
"Hey, Ali. I just happened to hear the news of your divorce today, and I gotta tell you…I’m excited" recalled Wong while sharing her love story.
She continued "I am, Ali, because, look, I have had a crush on you forever, and I actually told my best friend years ago that you were my dream girl. And I know this sounds crazy, but, uh, I want you to be my girlfriend."
The Oscar winning actress shared that Hader continued to show his love by sending flowers and bouquet as she travelled to Amsterdam, Cologne and Copenhagen.
Wong also discussed that her girlfriends hyped her calling her couple sweet, but her male friends disapproved Hader saying "That dude sounds like a psychopath."
Ali Wong and Bill Hader started dating in 2022, after she got separated from his ex-husband Justin Hakuta.
