Renowned Pakistani actor and host Ahsan Khan has announced to launch his own clothing brand with the name, Ahsan Khan Marca, few weeks before Eid.
The star, who is currently hosting Ramazan transmission on PTV, marked debut of his brand by modeling his clothes in his show all Ramazan.
Khan is all set to join the club of local celebrities including, Humayun Saeed, Aijaz Aslam, Shahid Afridi and most recent, Maulana Tariq Jamil, who have been running clothing business successfully over the years.
Explaining further about his latest venture, the Qayamat famed actor said, “I wanted people to be aware of the brand through my show.”
Khan said that he has started the brand with a few of his friends and most of the clothes are made in Faisalabad. “Due to the increasing cases of coronavirus in Pakistan, I decided that since the exhibition of celebrities in the mall would now be an irresponsible move, we are only going to launch the brand’s website,” said Khan.
The Udaari actor has been planning to make his brand accessible to general public so that its designs and prices will be reasonable as well.
The new brand will focus on traditional wear for men, women and children, ranging from casuals to formal-wear. “It’s all about being committed to the business. I hope things work out,” said Khan.
Earlier, Khan had started his interior designing business with his wife Fatima Ahsan. In a statement on Instagram, he said that he and his wife have started a business called 'The Work Bench' in which he will do interior designing work.
