Ariana Grande has shared a rare glimpse into her bond with father, Ed Butera years after their painful estrangement.
The Wicked actress took to her Instagram account o Tuesday to share a carousal of photos from the set of her new short film, Brighter Days Ahead.
Grande’s heartwarming behind-the-scenes snap from the film also included a tender moment with her father, who appears in the movie.
In the photo, Butera could be seen sweetly planting kiss on the forehead of his smiling daughter as they stood before a trailer, both in costume.
While much of Ariana's costume was covered by a robe, her father was unrecognizable with a bushy beard and long wavy locks.
The sweet photo showcases the strong bond between Ariana and her father and provides a glimpse into the journey towards healing their relationship ever since their painful estrangement in 2013.
Directed by Christian Breslauer, the 26-minute-long film is included in Ariana's new deluxe edition of her 2024 album Eternal Sunshine, Eternal Sunshine Deluxe: Brighter Days Ahead.
In the Brighter Days Ahead, Ariana Grande reprised her role of Peaches, whom she first debuted in the 2024 music video for her hit song We Can't Be Friends (Wait For Your Love).
