Kate Middleton and Prince William's only daughter, Princess Charlotte Elizabeth Diana, turns 11!
On Saturday, May 2nd, the joint Instagram account of the Prince and Princess of Wales released an unseen image of the little princess on her special day.
"Wishing Charlotte a very happy 11th birthday!" the future King and Queen stated in the caption.
For those unaware, William, 43, and Catherine, 44, announced the arrival of their beloved baby girl on Saturday, May 2nd, 2015.
Eleven years ago, the next heir to the British throne honoured his late mother, Princess Diana, and his grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II, by naming his "joy of heaven" Charlotte Elizabeth Diana.
Princess Charlotte is currently third in the line of succession to the British throne, behind her father, Prince William, and her older brother, Prince George.
The youngest son of the royal couple, Prince Louis, is fourth in the line of succession.
This heartfelt birthday tribute came a day after the Wales family celebrated the first birthday of their second dog, Otto.
