Prince William appeared to make an accidental admission about Prince George’s schooling plans as the young royal prepares to begin secondary school.

Speaking with iHeart Radio, the Prince of Wales accidentally revealed a rare piece of information about his and Princess Kate’s elder son as he opened up about the family’s hectic morning routine and school runs.

William told hosts Amanda Holden and Jamie Theakston all on the Waleses' chaotic morning routine, firstly by candidly admitting that he is "not a morning person".

While speaking about his children during the broadcast, William appeared to reveal that George is already preparing for secondary school with overnight visits.

"Charlotte and Louis, because George is boarding last night, Charlotte and Louis, if you're listening, make sure you're on time, please, make sure you're not fighting over who listens to what, this morning," he remarked.

Notably,, the young royal’s next school placement has yet to be decided.

Eton College, where Prince William was educated, remains a leading option for the young royal, alongside Marlborough College and Wellington College, with Oundle School also recently emerging as a possible choice.

An announcement is anticipated shortly, with Prince George set to conclude his time at Lambrook in early July.
