Varun Dhawan, Arjun Kapoor, and Diljit Dosanjh have been signed for No Entry 2 with Anees Bazmee returning as the director.
Reports regarding the sequel have been making rounds since 2008, when it was first announced. Bazmee finally reconfirmed it in 2020, after a long gap of over ten years. He said that actors Salman Khan, Anil Kapoor, and Fardeen Khan will be seen playing triple roles.
But as per the latest information received by Pinkvilla, No Entry 2 is at last going on floors with a different cast and story.
Boney Kapoor and Zee Studios have been finalized to produce the film together, whereas no discussion has yet been made regarding its female cast.
An insider close to the media portal has stated that Bazmee and Boney have held multiple meetings with Varun, Arjun, and Diljit in the past six months.
Everyone has liked the script, and are excited to play their respective characters, although no information has been obtained regarding the plot itself.
The same source has disclosed that an official announcement regarding its planned release in 2025 will be made soon.
