Nargis Fakhri offered a look into her recent visit to the Golden Temple, nearly 13 years after her debut film Rockstar, as she first went to the spiritual destination back in 2011.
Taking to her Instagram account on Saturday, Nargis shared a carousel of images featuring the photos she clicked at the Golden Temple.
The Dishoom actress wore a black long frock with floral embroidery on it, with a matching chiffon scarf covering her head.
Nargis exuded elegance as she posed against the backdrop of a large pound surrounding the premises of the temple.
She penned a touching note to reflect on her emotions, when she first visited the place during the promotions of her film Rockstar, and now.
“Thirteen years ago I visited the Golden Temple for the first time during Rockstar Promotions,” began the Amavas actress in the caption.
She continued, “Once again I was in awe of this beautiful structure and upon entering I felt the peace, harmony and solace in the temple as the spiritual energy there uplifts one’s consciousness.”
Nargis Fakhri further noted, “I always get emotional when visiting a holy place no matter which religion or faith it belongs to. At that moment I feel like I am connected to everyone there and the emotions of the world which really affects my heart and soul.”
“I feel very Blessed to have the opportunity to have gone for the second time in my life,” concluded the Krrish 3 actress.
Nargis Fakhri became immensely popular with the release of her first film Rockstar, in which she starred alongside Ranbir Kapoor.
