Malala Yousafzai paid a visit to Malala Yousafzai Elementary School with her father on Monday, March 4, 2024.
Taking to her Instagram account on Tuesday Malala shared a carousel of images to offer her followers a look into her time at the elementary school.
In the first photo, the Nobel Prize laureate could be seen indulged in a conversation with young female students, who were wearing sports uniforms.
While the next picture was clicked as Malala joined the students of the choir performance, and the third photo saw the education activist talking to the officials of MYE.
She also penned a heartfelt note to express her experience of visiting Malala Yousafzai Elementary, where she was accompanied by her father, Ziauddin Yousafzai.
“It felt amazing to be back in school yesterday! Thank you to the teachers, students, faculty and parents at Malala Yousafzai Elementary and @fortbend.isd for welcoming me and my father onto your beautiful campus,” she noted.
Malala went on to express, “I loved hearing the choir perform and seeing all of your incredible artwork and projects covering the halls. The students of MYE are so talented and I can’t wait to see what else you accomplish. Wishing you all the best and thank you for teaching me how to LEAP.”
Malala moved to United States in 2013 after being injured by a gun shot in a brutal attack by Taliban in Swat.
