Rajkumar Rao, who has bought a lavish house from his costar Jahnvi Kapoor in Mumbai, has revealed the real inspiration behind his decision.
In a recent interview with Mashabale India, the Shaadi Mein Zaroor Aana actor shared that superstar Shah Rukh Khan advised helped him to buy Janhvi’s house.
While talking about his house, Rao revealed that the Dunki actor adviced him, “Son, whenever you buy a house, buy one a little beyond your means. That way, you’ll work harder because you’d want to earn it.’ I found this very fascinating.”
He continued, “Having a home in the city is of course a dream and we have built it lovingly, me and Patralekhaa.”
The Stree actor and his wife Patralekhaa bought this house in INR 44 crores in 2022 from the Mili actress Jahnvi Kapoor, who purchased it in INR 39 crores in 2020.
Besides their real-estate venture, Rao and Janhvi have also paired up for upcoming sports-drama, Mr. And Mrs. Mahi, which is slated to release on May 31,2024.
Rajkumar Rao’s biographical film Srikanth is set to be release on May 10, 2024.
