At Cannes, Zinta in an interview with DD India stated, "It is amazing; we have a karmic connection. Now that I feel like taking 2 in my life, I have come back into movies with 'Lahore 1947' with Santosh. I got this opportunity to present this amazing, prestigious award to Santosh.”
