Rafael Nadal and Carlos Alcaraz are teaming up as doubles partners for the Paris Olympics 2024.

The Spanish tennis icon, Nadal, 39, and Alcaraz, 21, have linked up for the first time and people are highly excited to watch two tennis legends playing together.

According to BBC, they will play their doubles on clay at Roland Garros, which is home of the French Open.

It is worth knowing that Alcaraz has recently won the French Open title while Nadal has won the Roland-Garros for the record 14 times. So, it would be a special moment for both of the athletes to play there.

22-time Grand Slam winner Nadal and 4-time Grand Slam winner Alcaraz have landed in Paris for the Olympic Games and are currently practicing ahead of their singles and doubles matches.

Recently, both of the players took to their Instagram to share a glimpse of their joint practice at the Court Philippe Chatrier where they can be seen sharing laughs while practicing.

Rafael Nadal asked his fans in the post, “So what do we call this team? Let’s go Spain.”

The users also showed their love on the joint post. A fan commented, “The most beautiful smiles!!!” while the other gave the duo a new name, “NadAlcaraz.”

The third one commented, “For God's sake, what madness, Nadalcaraz.”
