Céline Dion made a triumphant return to the stage at the 2024 Paris Olympics opening ceremony.

She delivered a heartfelt rendition of Édith Piaf's Hymne A L'Amour (Hymn to Love) from the base of the Eiffel Tower on Friday July, 26.

The I Love You singer sparkled in a stunning white Dior gown as she flawlessly belted out her impeccable vocals over a piano.

This marked her first live performance since her stiff-person syndrome diagnosis in August 2022.

Dion's emotional performance closed out the day-long event, which kicked off earlier with a show-stopping rendition of Mon Truc en Plumes by Lady Gaga alongside the Seine River.

The Canadian singer's musical return was met with widespread applause, and she took to social media to express her gratitude.

"I'm honored to have performed tonight, for the Paris 2024 Opening Ceremony, and so full of joy to be back in one of my very favorite cities," Dion wrote on Instagram.

“You should all be so proud, we know how hard you have worked to be the best of the best. Stay focused, keep going, my heart is with you! - Celine xx…” Dion concluded.

Céline Dion's performance was a poignant moment in the ceremony, which paid tribute to French history and culture through various themes and performances.
