Ben Affleck has seemingly made up his mind to divorce wife Jennifer Lopez as he has purchased a brand new multi-million dollar mansion in Los Angeles.
As per information received by TMZ, this probably marks the end of his marriage with the couple selling their jointly shared house earlier this year and moving on to live in separate properties.
Real estate sources have exclusively told the media portal that Ben Affleck has taken a Pacific Palisades home in custody for a whooper amount of $20.5 million.
The new living pad has 6 baths, 5 beds with a separate family room, dining and breakfast areas, powder room, media room, guest house, walk-in closets, and the list just goes on and on.
It was back in June that Jennifer Lopez and her spouse tried to quietly sell their marital abode in Beverly Hills, but sadly couldn’t find any takers.
And so, they resorted to putting it on the market on July 11 for a giant $68 million, although it had been bought just a year before for $61 million.
As Ben Affleck has now secured his very own private lodge, Jennifer Lopez is reportedly on the hunt for her peace place.
