The USA Gymnastics announced on Monday, July 29, that Simone Biles will compete in the women’s team final on Tuesday, July 30.

According to CNN, USA Gymnastics confirmed that Biles will participate in all four events, balance beam, floor exercise, uneven bars, and vault of the Paris Olympics 2024 finale.

The star performer of the qualifying round landed awkwardly after the performance of the balance beam. She was spotted limping and walking with difficulty.

Later, team coach Cecile Landi told reporters after the match that she had pain in her calf from a couple of weeks before the Paris Games.

The 27-year-old also said that she is doing well.

A day after qualifying for the finals and fighting with an injury, Biles took to her Instagram to share the pictures from the Olympic qualifying day and to show her love for gymnastics.

She penned, “Grateful to be doing what I love.”
