Amid the never-ending divorce rumors surrounding him and JLO, the 51-year-old actor raised many eyebrows by buying a $20 million home in L.A. on his wife's 55th birthday.
Speaking to PEOPLE, the source exclusively revealed the reason behind Ben's five-bedroom residence.
