Pakistani actor Imran Ashraf on Monday shared a video with his fans in which he clarified which one is his original account out of the two Twitter accounts.
In the clip, Ashraf said, “Hello, I'm hoping you all are doing well. This video has a special purpose. A lot of people have been doubtful about whether the Twitter handle @IamImranAshraf is my official handle or not. So I just want to let you all know that this is my original account, you will find me here only. Yeh men he hun, or meray sath bhi men hun.”
The actor also thanked one of the users who explained difference between fake and original accounts.
The tweet read, "Dear @TwitterSafety, this is why we need to have @verified accounts. @IamImranAshraf, verify this, [he] is a leading actor in Pakistan’s drama industry and SMTs of political parties exploit his fame to grab on followers. Like this @lamlmranAshraf account. #VerifyMyAccount too.”
