Anthropic has officially released the latest premium tier called “Claude Max” that increases usage limits for “power users.”

It offers a $100-per-month Max tier with 5x more usage limits as compared to Claude Pro and a $200-per-month Max option with 20x more rate limits.

Anthropic product exec Scott White revealed that Max plan was made in direct response to customers who’ve deeply incorporated Claude into their professional workflows and keep hitting rate limits.

Anthropic has placed Max between its individual plans (Free and $20 / month for Pro) and its business offerings.

The latest offering is particularly for those individuals who expense Calude instead of accessing it through company-wide deployments, as reported by The Verge.

“This is a new way that power users can get access, often for professional use cases, without needing the entire business to have an enterprise plan already,” White explained.

More robust models combined with the latest features such as web search and agentic coding expectedly drive deeper adoption and increased usage demands.

Notably, Max subscribers will receive priority access to the recently introduced feature before it's broader expansion.

For power users who max out by reaching Claude’s limit during work, the latest plans could be worthy for all frustrated users.
