Shah Rukh Khan seemed more than impressed by John Cena’s singing skills, who recently went viral for singing Khan’s Dil To Pagal Hai track Bholi Si Surat.
SRK turned to his X account on Sunday to share his epic reaction on the former wrestler’s new video with Gurv Sirha, in which he could be seen singing Bholi Si Surat in a gym with the Indian wrestler.
The Pathaan actor expressed gratitude towards the American wrestler and actor, who claims to be Shah Rukh Khan’s fan, noting, “Thank you both… Love it and love you @JohnCena. I’m gonna send you my latest songs and I want a duet from the two of you (John Cena and Gurv Sihra) again!!! Ha ha.”
The viral video that won the hearts of SRK fans, was shared by Sirha on his Instagram account on February 18, 2024,it started with Indian wrestler introducing the Barbie alum as a “pretty big Shah Rukh Khan fan.”
To which John responded, "You never know what you can learn when you choose the path of growth. Here we are in the gym, so we are trying to grow, but there’s tons of paths of growth, and I’m gonna try my best to learn a song."
Gurv Sirha then added, "This is for you, Mr Shah Rukh Khan. It goes like this, it's a big hit song." As he sang the lines, with John repeating the lyrics after him– Bholi Si Surat/ Aankhon mein masti/ Dur khadi sharmaaye, aaye haaye.
"Lifting weights and singing Shah Rukh Khan songs @johncena @wweindia @iamsrk," wrote Gurv in the caption of his video.
This is not the first time John Cena has proven himself as a big time SRK fan, he usually share lovely posts to showcase his admiration for the king of Bollywood.
Previously in 2017, John posted an article about Shah Rukh on X to which the Jawan actor responded, writing, “Thanks for taking out time to ‘see’ it. Wish I can ‘see you’ someday. Love and health to you my man.”
