Varun Dhawan has now got a wax statue at the Madame Tussauds Wax Museum in Sydney, Australia

Varun Dhawan has made history as the youngest Bollywood actor with a Madame Tussauds wax statue in Sydney, Australia.

The official Instagram handle of Madame Tussauds uploaded a reel featuring Varun’s wax statue placed next to superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s statue.

The video further offered a peek into how female fans from around the world excitedly click photos with the statue and admire Dhawan's popular hook step of Disco Deewane from his debut movie titled Student of the Year.

The Kalank actor reposted the video on his Instagram stories and expressed his happiness saying, “Sydney, I'm in your city. Come check out whenever. I'll just be standing there for U guys.”


On the work front, Dhawan is prepping for his first-ever collaboration with famous filmmaker Atlee for Baby John, remake of the 2016 movie Theri. 

To note, Varun Dhawan also has the Indian spin-off of web series Citadel, Honey Bunny lined up with Samantha Ruth Prabhu.
