Ushna Shah and her pro-golfer husband Hamza Yamin candidly have broken their silence on how they first met.
The two appeared for a heart-to-heart chat with host Nida Yasir at the Ramadan transmission Shan e Suhoor where they offered insights into their relationship and meetup.
Amin shared, “We met through a mutual friend over the phone. So we started talking.”
On being asked if he ever saw Shah before, Amin revealed, “Of course, when I saw her, I was like ‘She’s beautiful,’ and wanted to meet her, but at the same time, I didn’t want to show being too eager.”
The Habs actress chimed in saying, “The friend in discussion was in India himself when I was visiting Pakistan so he connected us over WhatsApp to meet each other.”
“He saw my pictures, and we talked over the phone for 2 days before we eventually met. The friend tried to play cupid between us.”
Ushna Shah and Hamza Yamin exchanged wedding vows in a traditional ceremony in February last year in the presence of close friends and family members.
