Taylor Swift unveiled another surprise for fans,within two hours following the midnight announcement of The Tortured Poets Department.
After releasing her 11th studio album The Tortured Poets Department, the 34-year-old Grammy winner's has stunned her fans by announcing a second version of the poetry album.
Taking to her Instagram account, Taylor wrote, "It’s a 2am surprise: The Tortured Poets Department is a secret DOUBLE album.”
"I’d written so much tortured poetry in the past 2 years and wanted to share it all with you, so here’s the second installment of TTPD: The Anthology. 15 extra songs. And now the story isn’t mine anymore… it’s all yours,” she revealed.
After she released TTPD earlier today, the Cruel Summer singer had shared that the record is both “sensational” and “sorrowful” at the same time.
For Swift's intrepid readers, the release of The Tortured Poets Department has been a mysterious journey.
Swift and Spotify worked together to create a pop-up exhibit in Los Angeles on April 16.
Fans were allowed to explore a space with a library theme that contained hints about the record, such as new lyrics and images that suggested potential material.
Perviously,Swift revealed that she was releasing her eleventh studio album during the 2024 Grammy Awards acceptance speech for Midnights, the best pop vocal album.
