Zendaya hints music comeback 11 years after 'Euphoria' debut


Zendaya hinted at possible music return amidst thriving acting career.

During her recent interview on The Jennifer Hudson Show, the Dune star discussed the possibility of her return to music.

Upon being inquired about her passion for music the 27-year-old shared, “I love music, and it’s something that’s been special to me”.

However, she admitted that “being in the music industry” is different and caused her problems prompting her to step back.

Zendaya added, "It didn’t kill the joy of music, but it’s when you put music and business together. Sometimes it cannot feel so good."

Emphasizing the "right timing" Zendaya continued, “If there was a moment, maybe I would, you know, put out a little something”, erupting the audience into cheers, the Spider-Man actress added, “Don’t get crazy! We’ll see, but maybe one day”.

The show host remarked, “We’ll hold on to that, that’s good enough.”

Previously,the former Disney star released a self-titled studio album in 2013, but quickly decided to get out of the music industry because of what she described as "bad contracts."

Although the Emmy winner occasionally collaborated with various artists including Labrinth for the acclaimed show Euphoria.
