Britany Spears and her father Jamies have finally reached a resolution in the contentious dispute over the conservatorship.

Over two years after the conservatorship that had granted the Toxic songstress father control on her life was ended, they resolved the issues related to the legal fees of the conservatorship battle.

As per the reports of PEOPLE, both parties' attorneys have affirmed that Britany and Jamie have made a deal for an undisclosed amount in Los Angeles Superior Court on Thursday, April 25th.

"Although the conservatorship was terminated in November, 2021, her wish for freedom is now truly complete," Spears' attorney, Mathew S. Rosengart, said in a statement.

The attorney added, "As she desired, her freedom now includes that she will no longer need to attend or be involved with court or entangled with legal proceedings in this matter.”

“Britney Spears won when the court suspended her father, and Britney Spears won when her fundamental rights and civil liberties were restored,” Rosengart further noted.

However, Jamie’s attorney, Alex Weingarten, also confirmed that they “reached a settlement agreement resolving all outstanding disputes.”

After the settlement, the two evaded to enter the trial over the alleged financial misdeed during her conservatorship.

As per the reports of The New York Times, the trial was set to start in May..

Due to many public troubles after her divorce from ex-husband Kevin Federline, Britney's conservatorship terminated in November 2021,  following 13 years of her estate was placed under her father's hold.
