O.J. Simpson, who passed away on April 10 at the age of 76, death cause has been revealed as his executor has come forward to disclose the reason.
While conversing with The Hollywood Reporter, Malcolm LaVergne confirmed that the former Hall of Fame football player passed away due to a battle with metastatic prostate cancer.
Simpson had already shared that he was battling cancer in May 2023.
He also shared his health updates on social media, but it was not previously publicly disclosed what the exact diagnosis was.
On April 11 Simpson’s family announced his death on X, formerly Twitter, but the specific details of his cancer were not unveiled.
The death announcement stated, “On April 10th, our father, Orenthal James Simpson, succumbed to his battle with cancer. He was surrounded by his children and grandchildren. During this time of transition, his family asks that you please respect their wishes for privacy and grace. -The Simpson Family.”
It is worth noting here that Simpson was famous for his famous for his illuminating football career.
But he got more fame for his infamous double-murder acquittal during what was dubbed the “Trial of the Century.”
In 1994, Simpson faced trial for the killings of his former spouse and her companion at a residence in Los Angeles.
