Olivia Rodrigo has expressed her profound disappointment as her scheduled tour dates in Manchester faced cancellation amidst the turmoil.
The Obsessed singer shared her dismay after her two dates her Guts World Tour in Manchester on Friday and Saturday was postponed.
Taking to her Instagram story section on Wednesday, Rodrigo posted, “I've been having such a great time in Europe so far and I'm sooooo disappointed that we're unable to perform in Manchester due to on-doing venue-related technical issues.”
The Happier songstress shared that she and her team were “doing our best to reschedule the show,” and concluded her statement by announcing she said, “I'm so bummed and I really hope to see you all soon.”
The Co-Op Live reposted her statement to Instagram, igniting a response from hundreds of furious fans flooding their comments, with one declaring, “You upset the wrong fan base.”
Another fan noted, “this has been booked since SEPTEMBER you knew it wouldn’t be ready in time.”
For the unversed, the venue also announced that “ticket holders can either hold onto their tickets or obtain a refund from their point of purchase.”
