Emily Blunt, who is known for her action-packed flicks, has disclosed that the scariest stunt she has ever done in her entire career, is not in Tom Cruise’s Edge Of Tomorrow but in Mary Poppins Returns.

In an interview with PEOPLE magazine, Emily revealed, “I did some wire stuff in Edge of Tomorrow, which was probably more dangerous because I took some spills.”

However, Emily explained that her most scariest stunt is the entrance scene in Mary Poppins Returns.

The Devil Wears Prada actress  said, “That entrance was very stressful for me. I had to start in the clouds and come all the way down, toward the ground while holding an umbrella aloft,"

“And I'm supposed to walk effortlessly into my close-up as if it's nothing,” she added.

Emily further recalled, “I did three takes and I could see Rob gearing up to do another one. I was like, ‘Nope, no, no, no, I'm done.’ It was over,”

Marry Poppin Returns starred Emily Blunt alongside Lin-Manuel Miranda, Ben Whishaw, Emily Mortimer, and Dick Van Dyke among others, was released in 2018.

Emily Blunt’s another new action thriller The Fall Guy with Ryan Gosling, has just hit the cinemas on May 3,2024.
