Meghan Markle believes ‘controversy has more appeal’?
Meghan Markle seems to believe that being controversial has more appeal for her, as per an expert

Meghan Markle may have stepped away from the royal life, but a royal expert thinks that the Duchess of Sussex has a firm belief in her post-royal life having more appeal thanks to the controversy surrounding it.

Four years after stepping away from royal life, the couple is seemingly ready to delve back into some things they would’ve undertaken as royals, with an upcoming visit to Nigeria.

Commenting on this, royal author Tom Quinn told Mirror UK, “Meghan knows that much of the world still sees the Sussexes as members of the Royal Family despite the fact that they are no longer working royals.”

He then explained: “Their tour of Nigeria will be dressed up as a quasi-royal visit – in fact, Meghan believes that as controversial royals she and Harry actually have more appeal.”

“She feels that people are more interested in them because, as she sees it, she has become a kind of Cinderella figure - a princess hurt and broken by a callous, cold, stuck-up Royal Family,” Quinn further shared.

Quinn then called Meghan ‘delusional’, adding, “But the visit to Nigeria fits with her sense of mission, her sense that she can do a great deal of good in the world helping the poor, and women and children.”

Quinn’s comments come as Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are scheduled to jet off to Nigeria on Friday, May 10, for a three-day visit.
