Rihanna has decided to tap into a new customer market with a MasterChef cooking class.
On Tuesday night, she landed in China’s capital of Shanghai to surprise fans with a meet-and-greet at her new Fenty Beauty pop-ups, according to the makeup brand’s Instagram profile.
When the stand party eventually started, Rihanna decked out in a head-to-toe black out, then took position before a stove instead of her usual singing mic.
She was seen toothily cracking an egg, spreading yolk, and chopping up scallions to produce her own version of a star-studded omelet in a food street glittering with countless savory carts.
Next, the vocalist went on to butter a crepe for those looking on with watered mouths.
Makeup bloggers had been sent invites beforehand to witness Rihanna turn Chinese fans with a sunny smile up.
Some of them even took inspiration from their new personal chef and began “cracking” a hearty round of jokes.
“Rihanna makes crepes but not her new album,” a follower cheekily complained.
Another observed, “She’s so good at it, it’s hard to believe it’s her first time.”
And this happens to be in fact true because the singer is indeed someone who keeps preparing meals now and then.
