King Charles is thinking of inviting both Prince Harry and Meghan Markle to the Balmoral Castle this summer, but is doubtful of them declining.

Your Majesty famously spends the months of June and July in Scotland, where he invites other members from the British Royal Family to join in.

Just before their exit as working royals, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex had touched down on Scottish grounds with him, spending their last summer together.

This time, they’re predicted to be replying with a plain no.

Speaking to Mirror, royal insider Tom Quinn said, “King Charles will invite Prince Harry and Meghan Markle to spend summer at Balmoral, but they will make excuses and decline.”

“Relaxing at the private estate might be just the place to let bygones be bygones, but Queen Camilla will be dreading anything that threatens the calm her husband needs,” he added.

The commentator also suggested that the Duke’s ongoing rift with Prince William might put him in hesitant shoes.

As for Kate Middleton, Tom Quinn pointed, “Prince Harry would love to see Kate Middleton. His concern for her is deeply felt, but he knows that he can’t see her without seeing Prince William, so it’s not going to happen.”
