Kim Kardashian recently reached a breakthrough point in her therapy sessions.

On the final episode of The Kardashians’ latest season, she realized that her ability to stay super calm can actually be a trauma response “from living in a fight or flight mode.”

Her therapist suggested, “One time in life, something happened, and you remained calm, and that worked for you, so you will always choose calm.”

Figuring the mysterious event out, the model confined this development in younger sister Khloé Kardashian, who in turn proposed that the trauma could’ve been from a robbery in the past.

It was in 2016 when Kim Kardashian was held at gunpoint while staying in a Paris hotel room, where burglars stole $10 million worth of jewelry after tying her wrists and ankles up.

Khloé Kardashian raised an eyebrow, “Don’t you think your robbery? You weren’t calm before. Kim, you were a lunatic!”

“You were bratty, you threw tantrums. Everything stopped after you got robbed. Because you stayed calm in that situation, and you even said, ‘My calmness is what kept me alive,’ ” she added.

Hearing this, Kim Kardashian’s mouth dropped and she locked in the therapist’s analyzation that her “stay tranquil superpower” is actually a trauma response.
