Anne Hathaway’s Mother’s Instinct has finally made its way to the U.S. cinemas!
The Interstellar actress on Friday, July 26, took it to her Instagram account to share an exciting update with her 34.4 million fans regarding the release of her latest psychological thriller, which has now officially premiered in the United States.
Posting a carousel of her gorgeous looks from the film, the Devil Wears Prada actress wrote, “Trust your instinct. #MothersInstinct now in select US theaters!”
The excited fans were quick to shower their praises and wishes on the post.
“You never disappoint; one of the best movies by far,” commented one of the fans.
Another wrote, “Congrats Annie! Forever proud of your works!” while the third admirer penned, “Can’t wait to see this! Hoping we get to see this at Columbia’s only independent art house theater, @nicktheater! @sumstagrams.”
The movie, which is an adaptation of Barbara Abel’s 2012 novel, Derriere La Haine, was first released in Lithuania on March 8, 2024, followed by its premiere in the States on July 26, 2024.
However, the film is running in selected cinemas only.
Mother’s Instinct centers around the story of two best friends and neighbors, Alice and Celine, who appear to have perfect lives. Their world suddenly turns upside down after a tragic accident, which begins to disintegrate their once-strong relationship under the weight of guilt, suspicion, and paranoia.
