Shahid Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor reunited after 17 years, melting hearts with their surprise interaction and sparking memories of their iconic on-screen and off-screen past.
As per NDTV, the Jab We Met couple met at a special press conference, ahead of IIFA 2025 which is going to take place in Jaipur, Rajasthan on March 9.
The star-studded event was attended by many celebrities including Kriti Sanon, Madhuri Dixit, Bobby Deol, and this year's hosts Karan Johar and Kartik Aaryan.

Ex-couple Shahid Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor also attended the event, with a viral clip capturing them sharing a heartfelt hug.
For the pre-event conference, Kareena exuded her elegance in a chic beige outfit, while Shahid looked dapper in an all-white look.
Soon after the video went viral the fans flocked to the comment section to share the reaction.
One fan wrote, "Cannot believe it she hugged shahid."
Another commented, "Hugged eact other is awesome."
However, this is not the first time that Shahid Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor's reunion has caught the internet's attention.
While posing on the red carpet, the Kabir Singh star stood alongside filmmakers Raj & DK, as the 3 Idiots starlet gracefully walked by.
To note, Kareena Kapoor and Shahid Kapoor had their first encounter on the sets of Fida in 2004 and the couple started dating .
In 2007, a couple parted ways as their breakup happened during the making of Jab We Met.
