Akshay Kumar gave a huge shout out to Ajay Devgn's upcoming film Raid 2 on the trailer release.
On Wednesday, April 9, the Sky Force actor turned to his Instagram stories to re-post the trailer of Ajay's movie, with the caption, "Bhai, what a trailer!! I hope teri [yours] 75th raid does 75 weeks in theatres."
Raid 2 is a sequel of Ajay Devgns 2018's hit film, which also stars Vaani Kapoor and Riteish Deshmukh.
While sending his best wishes to the film and the Singham actor, Akshay added, "Good luck for #Raid2 @ajaydevgn."
Along with that, he also mentioned Riteish, who is playing the antagonist in the upcoming film, noting, "And the evilness suits you," with a wink emoticon.
The Raid 2 trailer was released on April 8, in which Ajay's character Amay Patnaik has come back to expose the black money at Dadabhai's place.
Additionally, the main villain of the first instalment, Saurabh Shukla also made a cameo appearance.
The first part of the film was inspired by a real-life Income Tax raid from the 1980's and became an instant hit, and the second part is set to hit theatres on May 1, 2025.
