Sanam Saeed spilled major beans on married life with Mohib Mirza, upcoming Netflix series Jo Bachay Hain Sang Samait Lo, and more.
During her appearance at The Knock Knock Show, which is hosted by her husband Mohib, the Zindagi Gulzar Hai famed actress, who tied the knot with the Ishrat Baji in 2023 revealed what kind of a wife she is at home.
“I take care of the house a lot. I like to keep everything clean like all women do, like why is there spilled water here or clothes strewn on the floor? Even though Mohib doesn’t do that often…I don’t cook, however. Sorry, Mohib,” said Daam actress.
In response to a question regarding Pakistan’s first ever Netflix series Jo Bachay Hain Sang Samait Lo, Sanam revealed, “This wasn’t a plan or a dream. Broadway and acting on the western stage has been a dream. This just happened and I am very lucky.”
She added, “Momina is helming this and she has given us many hit dramas. Perhaps, because I was from her hit drama so she assembled us all into a very fine cast.”
Elsewhere in the interview, Mohib Mirza also asked Sanam Saeed, why she switched from theatre to the small screen, to which she responded, “Every stage actor, across the world, juggles two jobs. Luckily for me, my second job was also acting."
Sanam added, "This is also why I was in modelling…then I came to TV. You can’t put bread on the table with theatre."
Sanam Saeed has is one of Pakistan’s A-List actresses, who have hit dramas like Diyar-e-Dil, Deedan, and Qaatil Haseenaon Ke Naam on her credit.
