Priyanka Chopra is reportedly discussing the possibility of doing an action flick with Sanjay Leela Bhansali.
As per information obtained by Hindustan Times, the two are thinking of ringing in another picture after their blockbuster teamwork in Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela, Mary Kom, and Bajirao Mastani.
The media portal’s source has claimed that Priyanka understands the anxious speculations made regarding her next Hindi film, and so wants to hammer down a role soon.
While the actress is going through various scripts simultaneously, Bhansali’s screenplay is said to be a historical drama powered with gutsy sequences of action.
Speaking on this, the insider said, “She is also meeting Bhansali for an action movie set in a different period. She has liked it, and is now deciding the timeline, schedule, and costumes.”
Going on, the same person mentioned that Priyanka’s visit to India is purely work-related, so her schedule is merely loaded with potential projects, including ones she wants to produce with her entertainment company, Purple Pebble Pictures.
“She has a production house, and she has decided to put some focus on it. Currently meeting people to finalize three or four of the next projects under her banner,” the source stated.
Recently, the star made an appearance at Amazon Prime’s slate announcement event, where it was announced that her studio is backing the 2021 documentary, Women of My Billion.
