Deepika Padukone recently shared an old video, where she hilariously recalled her first time cooking in the kitchen.
This footage was taken from 2016 during the star’s touch down in Madrid, Spain for attending the IIFA Awards round of that year.
On one particular day of the trip, she joined a Spanish chef to fix a meal using local ingredients, and in between, recounted a childhood memory cut out for the occasion.
“When I was in school there was this incident when me and my friends decided to cook eggs. We took bricks and we created our own fire. We decided to bring some eggs from our apartments,” Deepika shared.
She continued, “Everything was ready. Ingredients were all done, and the last step where we only had to put the eggs in, we went, ‘Where are the eggs?’ I was like, ‘Let’s go up and get some more.’ The moment I stood up, I realized… I had sat on the eggs.”
“So, that was my first experience with cooking,” the actor concluded by flashing her buzzing dimpled smile, extracting laughter from everyone in the area.
