
Sophie Turner is set to take on a new and thrilling endeavour as she will perform in the upcoming heist series, Haven.
As per the Deadline, the Game of Thrones star will play the lead in the upcoming Prime Video Series Haven, alongside Archie Madekwe and Jacob Fortune-Lloyd.
Haven has a distinct narrative, according to the outlet, “Turner will play Zara, an office worker at pension fund investment company Lochmill Capital. Zara has her day upended when a gang of violent thieves burst in demanding she helps them steal billions of pounds of ordinary people’s pensions.”
It added, “Madekwe features as Zara’s best friend Luke, while Fortune-Lloyd will play DCI Rhys, a detective with a recently relapsed gambling problem who must keep his own money troubles at bay as he examines the Lochmill Capital crime.”
S.A. Nikias makes his screenplay debut with Haven, after his City Blues Quartet mystery novels written under the alias Ray Celestin.
Drama Republic has united Nikias' script with I May Destroy You filmmaker Sam Miller, who will oversee Haven's first three episodes.
Miller will work as an executive producer, Drama Republic and Amazon MGM Studios are co-producing.
Haven will be released on Prime Video in more than 240 countries and regions worldwide.
